2nd Line Support Analyst / Technical SupportWe have 12-month contract opportunity for an experienced 2nd Line Support Analyst to join a successful IT Services Company.
The successful 2nd Line Technical Support Analyst will provide remote user, system and network support/ administration to clients.
Responsibilities will involve providing remote support for Microsoft technologies in a Windows environment and occasional client-site support responsibilities.
The successful Technical Support Engineer will demonstrate a wealth of experience providing 2nd line desktop and remote support.
You will possess excellent communication skills and have previous experience administering/ troubleshooting/ supporting the following technologies:
Windows OS (Windows XP 10)
Microsoft Office Suite (up to Office 365)
Exchange Server and Active Directory (including Group Policy)
Windows Server
Any additional experience supporting Microsoft Cloud products (O365/ Azure AD) and using LogMeIn/ Kaseya call logging software will be beneficial.
Holding a certification in Support (MCP/ MCITP/ MCSA/ MCSE) is advantageous.
