ITSM 1st Line Support - Brussels, Belgium

Languages: ENGLISH with FRENCH and/or DUTCH (bilingual)

Skills and Experience:

  • 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a support function
  • Experience in Omnitracker or similar:
    • Preferably certified in Omnitracker Administration and Automation
  • ITIL certification is a plus
  • ITIL-compliant and certified application for IT service management
  • ITSM experience with supporting the following processes:
    • Incident Management
    • Problem Management
    • Change Management
    • Request Fulfillment
    • Event Management
    • Service Asset & Configuration Management
    • Identity & Access Management
    • Release & Deployment Management
    • Service Level Management
    • Service catalog management

Description of work:

  • 1st Line Support
  • Carry out tests in line with the Test Lead Strategy
  • Updating of documentation and process flows
  • Organize coaching and workshops for end users
