SAP ECM & ABAP WEBDYNPRO
ITIL is a plus (Incident/change management)
Able to understand clients expectations, anticipate needs and proactively propose innovative solutions
Able to establish specifications
Able to build and maintain the relationship with customer IT member at client side
Stress resistant, team oriented, flexible, self organised and communicative
Challenged by complex problems
Strong analytic mentality/conceptual way of thinking

Fluent writing in mother tongue (Dutch or French) AND English
Responsibilities
Perform Analysis & Development in SAP ECM (Enterprise Compensation Management) including developments in ABAP WebDynpro
Work on functional changes (incl. projects), estimates, functional analysis
Delivering quality on-time
Participate support activities
o Incidents
o Questions
o Service Requests
o Problem Management (Root-cause analysis, bug fixing)
