Description

We are currently looking for a Retail Shopper Marketing Executive to join the Consumer Business Group (CBG).

This is a chance to gain experience in a new centralised business model with a new focus, developing your cross-functional and European collaboration skills, to grow the business. The role requires a high degree of customer facing and customer engagement to activate shopper programmes and activity with customers.

Overall Mission
The job is required to support the delivery of the key strategic and operational marketing objectives of the Consumer Business Group (CBG) for the UK and Ireland. This role covers all elements of the marketing mix, with responsibility for driving sales across commodities combining all CBG products to deliver the most relevant product and experience offering for the shopper.

The role is aligned to the key retail channels in the UK & Ireland region which includes; Mass (Supermarkets & Grocery), High Street & Value/General Merchandise.

Key requirements of the role are to:
*Identify, adapt and execute Shopper Marketing programmes that are aligned with customer and marketing strategies (Win the shelf, Win at Shelf, Win the Seasons)
*Contact and meet with customers on a regular basis
*Deliver on net sales and gross margin targets for the respective channel and customers
*Drive POS growth for the customers and increase the share of business
*Work with central Trade Marketing teams to influence local country needs and drive timelines to execution on existing campaign support materials.
*Develop, manage and maintain the retail distribution Matrix tool.

Key Job Responsibilities:
*Execute and manage instore displays, POS, and fixture communications
*Manage asset creation, customer events and co-marketing activities with accounts
*Integrate local shopper insights into the development of Shopper Marketing programmes
*Contact and meet with customers on a regular basis
*Develop and manage retail distribution Matrix
*Utilise marketing programs provided by the Central Marketing team by selecting the appropriate products, tools, and promotions to reach defined targets (customers and financials)
*Input into the channel planning process with Retail Shopper Marketing Lead
