Service Operations Lead - ITIL SAP ERP Service Operations Lead / Operational Integrity Lead - ITIL SAP ERP - Availability/ Capacity / Risk ManagementMy client a leading Energy company based in Stockley Park is looking for an Operational Integrity Lead to improve system availability and resilience through auditing and recommending improvements, then leading their implementation. This role, which will own a set of ITIL processes, includes Availability Management and Capacity Management, Event Management and Risk Management. Consistent process adherence and improvement are key to providing better system stability and improved availability. As well as performing proactive activities to improve the integrity of individual systems, the role will include performing periodic audits of the entire Enterprise Systems estate, in order to identify areas which require improvement and then present a fully prioritised remediation plan to senior leadership. Applicants MUST have ALL of the following experience: recent and strong Capacity, Availability and Risk Management experience with large, globally distributed ERP systems, an appropriate ITIL v3 certification as well as strong process and governance focused skills and experience in designing, updating, implementing and following ITIL processes.
