Knowledge and Information Manager - Sunbury Knowledge and Information Manager - SunburyMy client a leading Energy company based in is looking for Knowledge and Information Manager is to design and develop a framework including a technical architecture that will maintain a range of information, education and training content and form the basis for a comprehensive , ongoing knowledge management capability. This will require knowledge stratedevelopment and knowledge content management skills, knowledge of learning materials development and management. Further it will require well-developed understanding of training delivery to diverse audiences with different learning preferences to achieve optimal knowledge transfer effectiveness. Applicants MUST be bale to ddemonstrable experience of devising and executing content and knowledge management systems / processes and materials within a highly complex organisation, experience of designing and overseeing the technical implementation (including the IT platform) of a knowledge management architecture, have the ability to design, build and manage comprehensive frameworks and data sets whilst achieving clarity and simplicity for end users, experience in managing training strategy in a global environment using different media to end users as well as a track record in developing and maintaining strong working relationships and a high level of trust and confidence with colleagues at different levels of the business and HR.
