We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team.SimpleTix is an event registration & e-Ticketing app that many venues use to sell tickets for their events around the world. Each month over 50,000 tickets are sold on the SimpleTix platform. This month, we just passed our 2 million ticket milestone. We are now experiencing some application performance issues.
We need to bring someone on-board that will focus on finding areas were we can drastically improve application performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use application monitoring tools like NewRelic or Stacikfy to identify potential issues
- Present & describe your suggested solutions
- Write solid & well tested code
- Test and monitor your work to ensure the improvements are successful
- Protect company proprietary and confidential information
Looking for experience with:
Azure, C#, Redis Cache, monitoring tools (Stackify/NewRelic), Refactoring, and APIs
- Experience with Azure Service Bus a huge plus
- Experience with e-commerce applications a huge plus
- Experience working with enterprise SaaS software or scaling multitenant implementations a huge plus
