Our Edinburgh based growing financial service client urgently requires and experienced Fraud SME to join their team. Working on their Credit Cards Programme the successful candidate will have a broad knowledge of Fraud systems and processes. Responsibilities within the role include implementing E2E authorisations journey as well as Customer Fraud transaction communications and 3D Secure tool implementation.
Key experience required:
*Extensive E2E retail banking Fraud knowledge
*MUST HAVE Credit Cards knowledge
*E2E Authorisations journey knowledge
*Customer Fraud communications knowledge - tools such as FICO/Telrock
*3D Secure Tool knowledge - preferable CA Arcot
