E2E Test Lead E2E Test LeadMy client a leading investment bak is looking for a test lead to work within the Global Payments and International Branch Technology. Job Purpose Working within the GP&IBT Testing Team located in Croydon, the Test Lead will be working closely with the project and development team, to complete the General Ledger Migration from Legacy Accounting Systems to ORACLE FGI.Responsibilities To plan and manage;* Core System and System Integration services for outbound feeds from legacy accounting to ORACLE FGI.* Core System and System Integration services for inbound feeds from ORACLE FGI to legacy MIS systems* Legacy accounting system and MIS environments to support System and System Integration.* Legacy accounting system and MIS environments to support project UAT.* Legacy MIS environments to support project Regulatory reporting regression and remediation.* Support of MIS reporting process/users during UAT phase.* Support of MIS reporting process/users during Regulatory reporting regression and remediation* Progress reporting to Project Manager and internal line management.* Test cases, progress and defects within QCWill need to co-ordinate across multiple teams in multiple time zones. Will need to co-ordinate the work of a group of 3 or 4 individuals in the testing space within this project.Core skills and requirements(essential vs. preferred) * Experienced test Lead* Experienced in using tools such as Quality Centre* Strong communication skills General Ledger experience* ISEB Foundation or Practitioner Certification .* Deep experience in structured testing process. (V Model, Waterfall)* Exposure to large corporate migration/transition/regulatory programmes* Strong project management skills and experience of delivering testing on similar global project deliveries* Timely, accurate data delivery is key to this projects success so an eye for detail is essential* Sense of humour, able to hold their own in pressurised environment.* Calm under pressure.* Able to work to strict schedules and guidelines * Oracle experience desirable* Banking domain experience beneficial* Experience of Agile methodologies.
