Salesforce / Wave Administrator | London | £425pdPeople Source Consulting are currently seeking a Salesforce / Wave Administrator to take on an initial 5 Month (Potentially rolling) contract with a West London based global leader in retail.
The successful administrator will deliver Salesforce and Wave implementation, customization, integration and administration in support of my client's supplier growth business. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
*2-3 years' experience working with Salesforce as an administrator
*1-2 years' experience administering user-facing Business Intelligence applications (e.g. MicroStrategy, Business Objects, Tableau Server, Wave Analytics - preferred)
*At least 1 year of experience in Salesforce Force.com platform/Sales Cloud/Service Cloud implementations
*Preferred: Experience developing within Wave & JSON.
oData Ingestion: Datasets, Dataflows, Data Manager, Data Prep, datasetutils, XMD.
oUI Visualization, Dashboard Design, Desktop and Mobile Layouts, Bindings, WaveLabs
*Strong communication skills in 2nd level support and within cross-functional project teams
*Thorough understanding of object relations in Salesforce and demonstrated ability creating custom objects and custom fields in Salesforce.
*Fluent with SOQL
*Create data sets, specify and monitor ETL processes
*Hands on experience with Tools like Data Loader, Eclipse, SoapUI, APEX Explorer, Ant Scripts, AJAX tool kit
*Able to understand user requirements and convert them into of Salesforce.com technical requirements
*Understanding of Salesforce development (coding skills not required, we work with external developers)
*Understanding business needs and translating these requirements into specifications used by external development
*Strong project management skills and communication to 3rd parties
*Experience working on Agile teams (Scrum)
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Fluent in English, additional European language skills are a plus
In return my client is offering a day rate of £425 on an initial 5 month contract term. This contract term is likely to be extended if desired.
