Service Desk Analyst 24*7 environment 24*7 Service Desk Analyst providing a support for our Peterborough based media client. You will be responsible for supporting users remotely on HP Service Desk on a Windows XP platform providing technical support and problem-solving, with high levels of resolution, customer support and satisfaction and working to ITIL standards. You will strive to provide the highest possible first time fix-rate. You must have excellent communication skills and be happy to work a 24*7 shift-pattern. This is a temp to perm position including a lucrative benefits package and ITIL Foundation Training.Gehalt: £12 per hour + £12.42 per hour
