Description

Role description:

Expert on Ariba Upstream: end-user support, administration and configuration.

- Will be responsible to build up the current support team's know-how on Ariba Upstream
- Provide best-practice advice to the business users
- As part of the team: support the end-users when they have issues and questions with their RFx, Savings Forms, Supplier Management Projects, Contracts and Reports
- Build new reports for the organisation, create and maintain users.
- Import Legacy Contracts
- Build and maintain project documentation describing each process and process change in clear detail
- Modify templates and improve Babcock's upstream processes
- Occasionally assist with end user training

Must Have:

- Min 2 years experience with Ariba Upstream: Sourcing Pro, Contract Pro, SIPM and Spend Analysis - Business and Administrative knowledge.
- Experience deploying those modules with multiple customers over various industries
