Description

One of my leading banking clients is looking for a Assurance Analyst to work onsite for 12 months paying up to £450pd.

To support the development of continuous monitoring and outcome testing and drive the UK Collections control automation agenda forward. The role will be responsible for a portfolio of continuous monitoring solutions and support our colleagues within UK in developing solutions through data interrogation.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:
*Responsible for a portfolio of control outcome that require build that will prove compliance, adherence to policy and regulation and customer outcomes across UK
*Collections experience is essential
*Responsible for the requirement gathering and understanding of business rules that will make up the continuous monitoring and outcome solution
*Accountable for data discovery to support the requirements of the build
*Identification of data gaps and build solutions to create data points and data tables to support the outcome build
*Define and document business requirements for controls across multiple portfolios
*Ensure support to dedicated coders, act as a point of escalation and support the develop solutions that are complex in nature
*Assist with the UAT of the outcome before deployment into the control system.
*Support the Control Automation project management team in the delivery of the continuous monitoring outcomes
*Provide support, leadership and guidance to dedicated coding resource in teams in Chennai in developing outcomes
*Knowledge of data structures
*Understand SQL and ability to code SQL
*Database understanding
*Leadership and ability to support off shore coding resource
*Strong analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions from relevant data and take action accordingly
*Experience of managing multiple, concurrent projects
*Good understanding of Control principles
*In depth knowledge of key processes and policies within a Collections & Recoveries environment
*Problem Solving/Decision Making - capable of gathering all relevant data and identifying potential improvements or remediation in a logical manner
*Controls expertise, having previously designed & implemented individual Controls and/or Control frameworks
*Understanding of key Collections systems (eg Debt Manager, TSYS) and processes
*Proven ability of managing stakeholders across various levels.
*Ability to develop out solutions from base requirements for continuous monitoring outcomes and control automation
*Ability to deliver data solutions to support build
*Prioritise outcome and control automation build and manage portfolios provided by project management team
