Our client is a leading global provider of online business support systems to the telecommunications industry. They create original solutions that assist mobile operators with their digital transformation.
Due to their success they will double in size during 2017. As such, they require an expert Business Analyst with a good E2E knowledge of BSS.
The selected candidate will take a lead role working with a key client, understanding their technical and business requirements. You will work with CxO stakeholders at the end client to ensure the transformation meets SLA's.
Expert BSS and CRM functional experience is essential.
Applicants must have experience in a client facing role and be capable of speaking Italian and English.
