Avaya Aura/Skype for Business Voice/UC Engineer
A large and prestigious organisation are presently seeking a capable voice systems engineer to help them with BAU and project work ! This is a very exciting role as well as Avaya related project work there will be a chance to be involved in Skype for Business implementations and project work as well.
To be considered for this role you will need the following:
A strong specialist voice or unified communications engineering background gained in a corporate environment
Experience of designing and implementing Skype for Business/Lync solutions
Strong knowledge of the Avaya Aura product set with a particular emphasis on ACM
Experience with Active Directory/Office 365
Some exposure ideally to Cisco Video Conferencing and NICE NTR voice recording
The role will involve:
- Maintaining the voice and unified comms environments
- Voice/unified comms project work
- Documentation
- Supporting the voice/UC environment
- Working with 3rd party suppliers to provide design solutions and manage implementations
- Fault management
