Test Manager With SAP Experience
Test Manager With SAP Experience required for a prestigious company based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The overall objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness of B2B by:
1. Enhancing the customer experience
2. Collecting customer data (to gain customer insights for deployment of segmented customer approach)
3. Reducing cost to serve
To achieve these goals, it is necessary to move the current billing solution from SAP to a new platform (to be chosen by tender). Also, the CRM solution is going to be consolidated to have one unique new platform for the different countries (each current platform should be migrated to the new one). The new CRM platform will be also chosen via a tender. And finally, a new self service portal should be built. The old portal should be decommissioned.
The consultant is to perform the following tasks:
- Secure a solid Master Test Plan up against the requirements described in the tender material and with involvement of key stakeholders
- Communicate the chosen test strategy to all relevant stakeholders in an easy understandable way (get buy-in to the value and approach)
- Drive meetings with the chosen Supplier in detailing the Master Test Plan into a common project Master Test Plan or to secure that Supplier Master Test Plan fit with the test requirements and governance from the company
- Input to estimation of test to the FID Budget (Final Investment Decision)
- Secure test management of all the decided test activities within the project (both the company's internal activities and Supplier test deliverables to the company)
- Secure that test management is planned and conducted to support motivation with all stakeholders involved in the planning and execution (make it fun and interesting to participate in the testing of the new solution)
- Secure handover of test ware (for what will be decided and described in the Master Test Plan eg regression test cases, open defects, open change requests)
- Perform as defect manager and make sure all defects are recorded in Quality Center and handled according to severity decisions
- Secure traceability in Quality Center from Requirements and Change requests to test cases, test execution and defects - and be able to report quality within all project phases
Minimum requirements:
- Certification: ISQTB foundation
- Experience and knowledge with SAP
- Languages: English
Business Skills:
- Experience with billing and CRM solutions
- Experience with utilities B2B distribution
Technology Skills:
- Experienced Test Manager who can lead and coordinate test activities.
- Experience with migration of data to a cloud solution
- Experience with Sitecore or .NET and cloud solution
Other certificates or educational background that will be positively evaluated:
- ISQTB practitioner
