Automotive Dealer Consultant (Product Expert)
We are urgently seeking an Automotive Dealer Consultant (Product Expert) for a long-term project in Stockholm.
The Automotive Dealer Consultant (Product Expert) will be responsible for dealer onsite consulting for PE (Product Expert) implementation which brings new role enrichment in automotive.
The Automotive Dealer Consultant (Product Expert) will ideally have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good presentation and oral skills
- Ability to convince, motivate and inspire people
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Ability to adapt quickly to different personality types and changing situations
- Project management and preferably consultation experience
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in aftersales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Language skills: Business-fluent English and local language at a native/fluent speaker level
- IT Skills: Good MS Office (esp. PowerPoint, Excel) skills
- High affinity with processes at the dealer level in inbound and outbound aftersales service
- Experience as a trainer or coach
- Knowledge of system landscape automotive sales
