Sales Process Champion/Director (Six Sigma Black Belt)

Our client is one of the most famous names in the IT industry who have for several decades been pioneers in the industries, remaining as one of the world's top IT companies and employers. With an EMEA Headquarters in Dublin 18 they continuously improve work processes, employee experience and the tools they use to be successful.

They require a Sales Process Champion with 5-7 years' experience in an organisational change agent role, and/or a business problem solver role.

Initially on a temporary contract, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance monitoring, critical change management, and innovative process pilots across the business.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in an organisational change agent role, and/or a business problem solver role.
  • Demonstrable experience with sales processes, change management, and partner engagement procedures.
  • A good understanding of lean six sigma methods, data analysis, and process analysis approaches.
  • Familiar with CRM systems, and statistical analysis software, eg Minitab, Quantum XL.
  • Experience using methods, and tools used in process development. eg Visio, IDEF, data-modelling.
  • Proficient with process audit, eg ISO9000, COPC, CQA. (Certification types and frameworks)
  • Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent experience)

The Role:

  • Oversee the performance of sales processes at designated subsidiaries, detecting gaps for business KPIs, and developing areas of improvement.
  • Provide end-to-end optimisation projects resolve root causes.
  • Liaise with virtual teams of knowledge experts providing solutions alongside and drive direct implementation of the changes.
  • Assist in the execution of pilot projects.
  • Partnering with local sales excellence leads to drive process clarifications, the capture of feedback on revenue driving steps of sales engagement, and the coordination of quarterly process changes.
  • Develop sales processes and collaborating directly to provide process content for the learning and development team as needed.
  • Work with regional team members to identify and properly document critical variations in subsidiary or regional sales processes, building clear subject matter expertise while articulating justifications to leadership for required deviation from standard areas of procedure.
  • Lead quarterly process compliance review for each assigned sales center, and then driving corrective actions with sales managers and sellers.
  • Understand and coordinate change management across regional sales team members in relation to KPI uplift.
