Cyber Security Architect - 3 Month Contract - The Hague - €625 per day - Security ClearanceA leading technology consultancy are seeking are seeking a Cyber Security Architect to work on site at a large European institution located in The Hague, Netherlands on an initial 3 month contract basis, with extensions likely.
Due to the nature of the role and environment, candidates must have a valid and active SC, NATO or European equivalent Security Clearance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and architecting information security systems, adhering to the required regulatory requirements and compliance issues throughout. You will need to have significant experience working on similar, large scale projects, ideally within the Information/Cyber Security sectors.
As the Cyber Security Architect you will have:
- Knowledge of one or more Information Security domains such as Cyber Program Management, Cyber Threat Management, Identity and Access Management, Data Protection, Privacy and Organisational Resilience
- Professional knowledge in assessing solution architectures at the planning and design level for security issues and vulnerabilities
- Professional knowledge of information risk management frameworks
- 3 years of formal higher education to a level of bachelor degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering
- Knowledge of general security concepts and methods
- Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, OSI model), operating system fundamentals (Windows, Linux), security technologies (Firewalls, IDS/IPS) and application programming/Scripting languages (C, Java, Shell)
