Description
Our client in Chicago is looking to hire a Murex Analyst to provide support based services to end users, escalating issues & monitoring Murex based support tickets.
In order to apply for this role you should have strong knowledge in the following areas of Murex:
- FO/MO/BO functionalities
- Creating/editing simulation views/layouts
- Trade workflows
- Adding/editing typologies (structures)
- Importing test cases/configuration changes
- EOD processing
Further responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively in non-technical terms with end users to troubleshoot issues and bring to resolution
- Ability to not only diagnose Murex issues but effectively train internal support staff on how to diagnose similar issues going forward
- Contribute to customer and support analyst "how to" documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal troubleshooting guides
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively under time constraints
