Description

As a Product Specialist for the Integration Service Center (ISC) you will be a part of an Application Integration team located in Älmhult & Helsingborg

You will be responsible for recommending new tools in order to improve existing processes and lead in the installation, configuration and maintenance of tools. Develop a local and international network to identify global best practice that can be implemented locally. Work with Software Developers to reduce bugs, shorten development times and automate processes to allow Developers to spend more time on developing code. Take code written in various languages (eg Python, Java, and Groovy) and transform this into an efficient and robust executional code.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensure the software team has all the tools needed to manage and control their environments,
  • Automate new technology stacks (preferably using Puppet),
  • Understand virtualization and cloud platforms such as AWS,
  • Automate environment configuration and provisioning of cloud resources through the use of Docker, Kubernetes etc
  • Implement tools for Continuous Integration such as Jenkins (including Slaves), Nexus, JUnit, GitLab for configuration management,
  • Release process best practises,
  • Ability to support Java/J2EE web based applications in Unix based OS,
  • Ability to build and manage jobs based on Maven, and Jenkins,
  • Strong Troubleshooting experience using application logs,
  • Clear verbal and written communications skills,
  • Continuous Integration (CI) and Build automation- Ideally Gitlab,
  • Working on Java technologies, including the ability to develop and maintain scripts,
  • Configuration of code analytics tools such as SonarCube and test coverage measurements,

Ideally have exposure or knowledge of:

  • Incorporation of API testing tools such as Dredd, API Fortress,
  • Awareness of security considerations such as OWASP guidance,
  • Exposure to the use of log management tools such as Splunk, Elastic Search etc,
  • Configuration of Tomcat and WebLogic.
