Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of professionals
- Define, structure and manage all aspects of large projects

Core competencies:
- At least 5 years' experience managing large projects with a proven track record in delivering solutions comprising strategy, customer experience and technology with budgets
- Able to clearly demonstrate different methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, ITIL and PMP
- Focus on Web Portal Development
- Solid technical knowledge and knowledge of modern development technologies
- Experience with Java development .net
- Understanding of common web technologies, technical architecture, platforms, CMS, and services
- Quality Assurance
- Budget Management
Fluent Japanese and English are required for this role
