Job Description:
This position is responsible for coordinating the testing at a project level. It will require good communication skills as well the ability to understand manufacturing processes and procedures. Expert knowledge of HP ALM is a required with many of the test cases will be written during this assignment. 3-5 years of HP UFT/QTP Full time experience creating automated tests which are executed via HP ALM required.
Minimum Required Skills:
- BS Degree related to IT
- HP Application Lifecycle Mgmt - 5 year(s)
- Test Case/Script Development - 5 year(s)
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
- Working with the Business, project team and developer to identify test cases needed
- Assist the Business and Project Team with the creation of test cases
- Ensuring project team members have ALM access
- Uploading test cases to ALM
- Creating of the required test labs for each iteration of testing
- Scheduling the testing for the required individuals for all iterations of testing
- Reporting on the progress/status of the testing
- Reporting on any defects found
- Escalating any potential delays or risks found during testing to the Project lead
