SCCM Engineer (Windows 10) - Amsterdam, The Netherlands
Languages: ENGLISH and DUTCH
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive knowledge of SCCM
- Hands on, deep knowledge of AD, network and policies
Description of work:
- Create a SCCM Task sequence to upgrade Windows 7 machines to Windows 10 with minimal user intervention and impact:
- The upgrade process should be a Refresh rather than an Upgrade scenario
- Deploy and test task sequence to a set of devices
- Create detailed design documents describing the Refresh sequence and the details of custom code
- Create knowledge transfer materials to allow the global operations teams to take on the support and maintenance of the Refresh build, including adding support for additional models
- Update existing design and security documentation where required
- Participate in daily stand up meetings and regular sprint planning activities
- Create deployment process documentation and assist with eligibility criteria and deployment planning
- Provide support to global operations teams during deployment activity
- Assist with the creation of Windows 10 build for staging to physical hardware and deployment to VDIs
- Work with service and operational teams to ensure service is ready to support, manage and maintain Windows
