Digital Content Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
Work closely with the global campaigns team and in country marketers to design and deliver engaging and relevant content via the Market hub, a key touchpoint in the customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Activate global campaigns on the B2B retail business and work with in-country Marketers to optimise for their local sites
- Agree relevant campaign KPIs, monitor performance and report out to key stakeholders
- Work with Performance Lead to generate insights and identify content improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement personalisation/targeting strategy
- Own and evolve retailer's Market Hub personas
- Manage online content hub - a self-serve content library for in-country marketers
This role is key to the evolution of the Market Hub from an ordering tool to a customer communications portal. There is a huge opportunity to work more collaboratively with the global campaigns team and create an integrated communications calendar for Market Hub which has customer needs at the heart. We're really looking for someone who has the ability to spot opportunities and drive change as the spotlight grows on this essential digital platform.
