My client is looking for a flexible tax professional with considerable experience across various business environments. With a background in UK corporate tax compliance and innovative international tax planning, expertise to lead broad general tax management and commercial roles in the private equity asset management sector and multinational corporate environment.
Key Criteria for this role includes:
* ACA OR CTA OR ACCA qualified.
* Delivery of tax requirements, coordinating across key stakeholders such as Group Tax, Programme Directors, Business Units and the Technology team.
* Understanding of TAX regs and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading the Programme Tax Flagging process requirements and tax review of exceptions
* Preparation and management of Programme Tax Reporting
* Preparation and management of updates into the reporting tool
* Partnering with programme teams and functional business areas to resolve complex issues
* Preparation of status reports and management commentary
* Support the mobilisation and management of the operational tax processes serving multiple programmes in the remediation portfolio to deliver clearly categorised/validated client cases
* Review bespoke client communications for tax implications.
* Support management of core data
* Manage the design and delivery of tax requirements, coordinating across key stakeholders such as Group Tax, Programme Directors, Business Units and the Technology team
* Business Analysis for tax as required:
- Process analysis and definition.
- Elicit business requirements for the tactical and forward fixes.
- Define the user/functional requirements.
- Solution testing.
- Project procedures and documentation.
