Position Title: RF LTE Engineer - Nokia expert

Responsibilities:
- Perform network audit with deep analysis of implemented configurations/strategies (Admission Control, Layering strategy, Mobility Management, QoS management…etc.) and identify potential weaknesses and propose corrective recommendations through Parameters tuning, Features activation/deactivation…etc.
- Perform capacity analysis (Radio Resources, HW resources, Licensing) and identify potential issues
- Performance management (OSS tools, capacity to analyze counters pegging conditions and KPIs formulas…)
Qualifications:
- Strong experience of radio network optimization, Nokia 4G experience is essential
- In depth subject matter understanding of LTE (FDD/TDD): Parameters, Features, Algorithms…
- Advanced end to end troubleshooting and analysis skills with LTE using drive test logs, vendors traces
- Good analytical, reporting and communication skills
- Good experience of drive testing tools (i.e.:Genex Probe, Actix, XCAL/XCAP, MapInfo …)
- Results oriented with focus on customer satisfaction
- Team player with ability to work in various international environments
