Position Title: LTE and 5G Baseband Algorithm Engineering Specialist
Position Type: Contract

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for physical layer algorithm engineering design for 5G wireless baseband products to ensure a cost-efficient implementation.
- Set radio performance target, measure algorithm implementation and if necessary, optimize algorithms for the cost.
- Work closely with system architects, software developers and hardware developers.
- Developing multi-standard solutions for the next generation wireless products.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experiences in physical layer algorithm development for LTE
- Master degree, PhD or equivalent background is required
- Experience in massive MIMO system and algorithms
- Good knowledge in LTE L2 scheduler algorithms
- Prior experience from international and multicultural work is preferred
- Good knowledge in physical layer architectural design and SW implementation, or L2 SW implementation
- Able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
