Our client, a global leading consultancy company focusing on Management, IT Consulting, Technology Services and Outsourcing company, is looking for a Transition Manager to join their business in France.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional experience into mobile network operations and having managed at least one full transition cycles for NOC operations.
- Good understanding of mobile network operations and understanding interdependency of teams / domains, skill levels of people involved in NOC level 1, level 2 teams.
- Strong understanding of vendor eco systems into network operations.
- Good Understanding of MVNO network setup and its interconnections with RAN providers.
- Able to define transition plan up to execution level.
- Should be good in managing stakeholders from customer and incumbent organization.
- Strong team building and motivational skills.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Understand and Manage operational and transition Risks.
- Good listener and having good presentation skills.
- Fluent English, French preferred.
