Description
FinXL require an experienced Program Analyst who is primarily accountable for complex analysis and reporting at the project/program level.
What will you do?
Work with business and technology teams to provide analysis, metrics and management reporting including insight and recommendations and create resource plans
Conducts implementation and post implementation activities, ensuring project deliverables are communicated and users trained, if applicable
Accountable for PMO financial monitoring, tracking and analysis of results and consolidated reporting on the status of key deliverables for all projects
Lead status and project team meetings, including preparing and distributing agenda and required materials
Utilise project management software to create, update and maintain project schedules with new and revised work packages and plans
Monitor Project/Program/Portfolio documentation and databases as required
Conducts specialised analysis on key metrics and measures to assess performance and effectively of delivery teams
Education, Experience & Competency Requirements:
At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
Previous experience in the telecommunications/media industry an asset
Experience with quantitative analysis, financial tracking, reporting, data gathering and documentation
Demonstrated ability to achieve targets while meeting a standard of excellence
Sound analytical and problem solving skills to identify risks and learn from experiences
Knowledge in SAP is an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a larger team
Excellent planning and organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
