Description
SIP Technical Support SIP Technical Support Analyst required for our Central London based software client. You will have experience providing customer service from customers, forming FAQ documentation to help DIY fixes, monitoring and responding to VOIP for SIP open beta forums. Also key is identifying whether issues are due to user configuration or VOIP for SIP issues. You will also provide product management and technical support to SIP enabled PBX's. You will test functionality and configurations, functional testing of VOIP for SIP open beta, setting up SIP enabled PBX and escalation of issues where required. You must have experience of VOIP, business SIP and voice services, Wireshark, TCPDUMP, general firewall and IP principals, Cisco Unified Call Manager, Avaya IP, Nortel SCS and BCM PBX's. Session Border control experience would be an advantage. You must be prepared to travel to user offices within Europe.Gehalt: £25 per hour
