Proteus Europe is searching for a SAS Analyst Programmer to join the team of one of our clients based in Belgium on a rolling contract basis.Our Client :-
A global consulting and systems integration Group our client is a major player in Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics. They leverage a unique combination of technical, functional and industry specialization, as well as partnerships with all of the key software vendors, to deliver maximum-value projects and help clients break through barriers to innovation such as Big Data and Digital Transformation.
Your New role :-
We are looking for a technical developer / analyst will join a team of other Technical Analysts and developers who work for the sales and marketing department. SAS is one of several dozen of applications in use by marketing and sales, the most important ones providing data to SAS are the SAP IS-U and CRM systems.
You will be business oriented and interested in functional analysis and in the understanding of the impact of your developments on business processes.
General skills desired:
- Good experience with SAS, on a good technical level
- Experience with SAS visual analytics is a plus
- Experience with Ms Dos scripting is a plus
- Experience with performance tuning of SAS programs is a plus
- English and Dutch or French
- Knowledge of SAP IS-U/ CRM and SAP BI is a plus
- Experience with relational databases (PK, FK, indexes, etc.)
