Tableau Visualization Analyst - Luxembourg
Languages: ENGLISH only, FRENCH desirable
Skills and Experience:
- Ability to provide knowledge transfer to key-users for the deep-expertise implementation (Scripting)
- Ability to understand Business needs and transform it in inspired solutions
- Delivery oriented, according to Agile/Scrum methodologies:
- Weekly deliveries and efficient interaction with project team members
- Proven experience on Tableau complex visualizations, ideally linked to a SAP-BW Datawarehouse
- Knowledge of SAP-BW Datawarehouse is an asset (query designer)
Description of work:
- Data Visualization with Tableau:
- Deliver workbooks and dashboards according to business stakeholders needs
- Work Agile with at least weekly deliveries and almost daily interactions with targeted key-users and Product Owner
- Guide existing Tableau users that want to leave super-excel layouts and explore the dash-boarding capabilities
- Provide high-level guidance and regular follow-up for new Tableau-users during the self-discovery period
- Dataset Collection:
- Build requirements/identify necessary changes to be put in place at data source level:
- SalesForce.com + SAP BW on Hana and drive meetings with respective IT leaders
- Emphasizing project needs and discussing the technical options or workarounds
- Ensure necessary follow-up and reminders of the related actions forwarded to DataWarehouse team
- Provide assistance in the Tableau server installation for data refresh topics
- Support the Project Manager for the weekly follow-up tasks:
- Sprint definitions, workload estimation, bottlenecks, integration topics (mostly Datawarehouse level)
