Process Analyst - 6 months contract - Dublin
Leading telecoms company are seeking an experienced Process Analyst to join their legal and regulatory team in Dublin to define and document the mapping and recording of customer data.
You will then be responsible for creating the documentation for all of these identified processes. There will be more than 100 processes that need to be mapped which will involve liaising with multiple departments and will look at all business functions such as retail, HR, sick leave etc.
- Must have previous experience in a Process Analysis role
- Previous experience must be from a telecoms/IT company or other large organisation
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Data processing analysis experience
