Business Analyst | SharePoint, MS, OpenText | Luxembourg | 12 months +
The tasks/activities will include:
Process and procedures analysis and business process mapping
Business requirements analysis
Preparation of detailed functional requirements
Preparation of IT requirements specifications and technical design
Preparation of mock-ups
Participation in system testing (before user acceptance tests).
The staff member must demonstrate knowledge in:
SharePoint functionalities
collaboration sites (documents, forums, wiki)
lists and libraries (metadata, versioning)
webparts (building pages and customisation)
workflows
Business process mapping - experience in using any BPM tool is necessary
Document management systems.
The main areas would be:
Document life cycle
Drafting and archival
Versioning
Security
