BUSINESS ANALYST

Job DESCRIPTION & Profile:
- Business Analyst will report into the Global head of strategic projects and sits within the Project & Change Division.
- BA team members works within a Matrix structure, delivering into projects that are managed across all platforms. They communicate with internal and external stakeholders (including business stakeholders in operations, product and IT.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in the Financial Services/Fund Services/Legal Services/Regulatory Services industry as a Business Analyst (significant advantage).
- Ability to engage with stakeholders, turn business needs into business requirements
- Ability to contribute to the Business Benefits definition such as risk mitigation, cost reduction.
- Demonstrable ability to work on a portfolio of diverse projects across several workstreams.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- This role will be based in Luxembourg with some travel expected to international offices.
