ITIL Program Manager

ITIL Program Manager required for a leading energy company based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Do you want to lead ITIL program, implementation of ITIL framework in this organization and are you aware of the latest process management developments?

The client is looking for an ITIL Program Manager to further strengthen their group IT quality function. Process Management is an increasingly important discipline for the company and their business customers through an increase digitalization, transformation (outsourcing activities) as well security, stability and compliance related requirements. You know process management, structured way of working well, have a pragmatic attitude and like to work in dynamic international environment? You are someone who can ask critical questions and constantly strives for improvement?

As a Group ITIL Program Manager, you lead the ITIL framework implementation activities. Both internally and externally, you truly cooperate with the other process management related experts, you are the central point. You also coordinate the implementation activities, signal risks and monitor the KPIs - measures in the company. You strive for continuous improvement and if necessary, propose countermeasures. You are part of the company and have an active contribution to this. You play an important role in supporting and advising to IT management about the IT processes. You are a solid ITIL professional and therefore advises the team in decision making with implications to process management. You do this by designing processes according best practices & IT related standards together with process expects in the company's teams, leading, prioritizing & monitoring implementation activities, reporting risk, supporting in creating and increasing standardization in the company and compliance with approved processes, guidelines and initiating improvement (LEAN) programs in this context.

Requirements:
- Academic degree within relevant area to ICT/Process Management
- Certified for ITIL (min. ITIL® Practitioner)
- Thorough knowledge of ITIL framework, language & process modelling tools
- Proven experience in process engineering and deployment methodologies; ideally involving third party organizations in an international/corporate environment
- Proven experience in implementation, operating an ITIL program and/or supporting an ITIL framework
- Ability to analyze complex situations and implement solutions
- Ability to accomplish results through others (process managers/owners, professional employees, the company's teams, managed service providers) truly team player!
- Effective communication, project management & conflict resolution skills

English is the only language required for this role.
