Job Description:-
Agile Coaches - Scrum and Transformation (Lean/Safe) Experience needed for Immediate Long Term Contract Role.
- Develop self-sustainable and structurally improving teams by:
- Coaching teams to adopt a solid Management System, compliant to the existing Agile Operating Model
- Coaching teams to adopt their new roles and responsibilities.
- Supporting team in understanding their clients' needs and defining improvements objectives
- Supporting team in monitoring adequately their performance
- Develop Lean Leaders attitude and skills by coaching leaders to:
- Understanding their role in a new Operating Model
- effectively support and promote the transformation within the organization.
- challenge and support teams
- effectively lead problem solving
- Provide support to the transformation by structurally identifying coaching needs and providing appropriate standards to ensure consistent roll-out of coaching practices.
- Help teams and leaders building and maintaining a solid Management System aimed at sustaining an improving performance
- Continuous alignment between Epics layer and Delivery Layer
- Animating/participating to a Community of Practice
