One of our blue chip clients is urgently looking for a Support Consultant Telephony, Mobility, Video, Messaging and Collaboration

We're looking at a profile to provide support for the following services:
Telephony; PBX and probably a unified communication project leveraging Skype for Business.
Mobility; Decommissioning current Airwatch solution and assisting in the Intune migration. Technical knowledge is preferred. Also related to Android and IOS.
Video; Knowledge on VC is a big advantage as we will engage the migration to TCS and the future expansion of VC including new mobile/collaboration technology. Knowledge on O365 products will be required too.
Messaging; Skype for Business knowledge is required.
Messaging; Exchange online/SMTP and possibly also notes knowledge is requir

The position we're looking for is more a coordinator role who will act as backfill and will need to follow up on:
Ongoing projects (PMO and BAU projects)
Incidents related to the above services.
Requests related to the above services.
Role also requires to represent the SM in meetings and TAB/CAB.

The consultant should be able to work independently in a highly outsourced global environment.
