Job description

  • Assist the Change Manager in formulating policies, guidelines, procedures and governance of the Change Management process. Keep document templates updated.
  • Deputy for the Change Manager during absence or holidays
  • Change Management and Coordination for Multi-Vendor Coordination function
  • Plan, coordinate and follow-up the change activities
  • Manage the identification and prioritization of changes to steady state IT services
  • Report and communicate status and performance on change activities
  • Support to design, implement and operate a Change Management tool (which will be part of the SM Toolset) to support the Change Management process.
  • Arrange and host the Integrated Change Advisory Board (ICAB),
  • Prepare and distribute the change agenda before the ICAB and minutes of meetings afterwards
  • Present Change Records at the ICAB.
  • Coordinate the entire life cycle of changes (from RFC to implementation review and closure), sharing the master Change Record with Vendors that are impacted or need to be informed or consulted
  • Maintain the quality of the change information, including actions to continually audit the information, and give conclusions and recommendations for improvement initiatives
  • Review periodically with the CM and other Vendors the Integrated Change Management Framework, recommending improvement initiatives.
