Description of deliverables.
Our project is in Final End UAT, 3 months before first Go live in end of Nov, followed by a January Release to all TME and Pan-EU.
For our techno-functional role we are looking for:
- Peoplesoft HRMS/HCM 8.9 and 9.2 technical and functional knowledge
- Experience with Peoplesoft Development and good at writing SQL, ability to troubleshoot and analyse issues to find root cause
- Ability to test things and find the right solution/troubleshoot and analyse issues found in System Test/UAT finding the root cause and identify the correct counter measure (eg why processes fail or take too long to run in the new system)
Plus factors:
- Experience with Peoplesoft upgrade implementations
- Experience with Data conversion between Peoplesoft Systems + data validation
- Experience with System Testing/Performance Testing/Process analysis & improvements
- Big Plus: Experience with nVision and BI publishers
- Familiarity with company way of working and organisation (eg previous contractor) would greatly help
- Working & coordinating with offshore
Activities where this profile will contribute
- Support and contribute System Testing (Sep/Oct) & Performance Testing (Sep/Oct)
- Support and contribute to Pre-PROD phase (end Oct, Nov) and the necessary activities required to successfully Go live (end Nov)
- Support successful Data conversion from old system to new system
- Support successful Go live in January
