At present, an outstanding opportunity exists for Junior Project Coordinator/Project Support to join our team of highly-credentialed consultant's onsite at a leading telecommunications organisation.
You will demonstrate a track record of success in delivering outstanding results and meeting critical timeframes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare meeting agenda, actions and minutes
Prepare presentation packs
Produce reports from MS-Project
Support Project Managers/Team members
Monitor all milestones
Manage contracts and report this back to team members
Key Skills and Experience Required:
Strong project coordination/Support experience and the passion to unleash your potential in the project space
Ideally you will have experience with Meridian and Wave - highly desirable
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong experience using MS Project and similar project tools
Strong MS PowerPoint skills
Strong level MS Excel skills
Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines and timeframes
You will have a can-do attitude and a consultative nature along with excellent presentation skills
You will be adaptable and possess the ability to build rapport with clients and key stakeholders
