Service Desk Analyst Service Desk Analyst is required by a leading finance client in the City. You will be required to be strong in the support of Windows 2000/XP, Active Directory , MS Office, and have market data software knowledge (including Reuters and Bmberg) and working to strict SLAS to work for my estbalished client. You will be joining a busy helpdesk acting as the first point of contact for 1st line phone, email and remote support. The chosen candidate will be experienced in creating new user accounts, password resets and also have current experience working within a financial organisation. This role will be predominantly phone support on a very busy technical helpdesk.
