I am looking to hire a Facilities Support Manager based in Rochdale for one of our direct client.
Here is the JD:
They are looking for someone that has a maintenance background, that has a pro-active work approach and takes their own initiative. It is a wide ranging role, dealing with ensuring all departments have the facilities they need, to ensuring that maintenance projects are upheld.
The job spec is below
- UK Retail Branch Support Facilities Manager required with experience of both soft and hard facilities as well as a background/understanding around general repair and maintenance.
- Additionally the role will support the day to day operational requirements of the ADI EMEA Head Office and separate Sales/Call Centre plus the operational needs of a large distribution warehouse.
- Some experience in wider Health & Safety Legislation preferable plus may be required to support UK Real Estate activity under supervision.
- Role is broad and diverse and a can do attitude is required. The successful candidate may have a Facilities based qualification or alternatively be self-taught having learned on the job.
