Description
Manufacturing organisation is looking to appoint an interim Management Accountant to cover a period of maternity leave, commitment circa 6-9 months.
Key duties as follows:
- Cost control and analysis - control all parts on the system against cost centres
- Control and approval of commercial invoices
- Control approval of purchase requests from all departments
- Customer profitability analysis
- Product profitability analysis
- Posting of journals
- Updating prepayments and accruals
- Assist with budget & forecasts schedules
- Maintain the fixed asset register
- Accounts payable duties
- Ad-hoc analysis - intermediate excel - pivot tables and v look ups required.
This role would suit a fully qualified Management Accountant,CIMA, ACA, ACCA or Qualified by experience equivalent candidate.
