An opportunity for an experienced Procurement Advisor to work in a public sector organisation in Kirkintilloch. You will be involved with providing an effective and efficient strategic procurement service, carrying out of tendering and contract activities for the organisation.
Essential Skills:
- End to end OJEU procurement
- Professional level knowledge in Procurement theory and practise
- Knowledge of procurement legislation, tender and contract strategies development and monitoring, supplier development and monitoring, supplier market development
