Description
Harvey Nash's public sector client is recruiting for a Construction Procurement Manual Editor on an initial 5 month contract, with a high likelihood of extension. You will be assisting in the review and editing of a manual providing guidance on the construction procurement processes within the organisation.
Essential skills:
* Thorough knowledge of the Review of Scottish Public Sector Procurement in Construction.
* Thorough knowledge of construction processes including contracting and consultancy as well as different forms of contract currently in use in Scotland.
* Thorough knowledge of public procurement processes and procedures.
* Excellent report writing skills.
