Interim Finance ControllerBridgend
£16 Per Hour (6 Month Contract)
IntaPeople are recruiting on behalf of a market leading manufacturer who is looking for a Finance Manager to join the team. You will be required to manage all finance related duties on site and work autonomously and independently.
Duties to include:
Responsible for inputting all purchase invoices and bills onto SAGE and paying as and when applicable, liaising with all suppliers as appropriate
Perform final checks on all sales invoices, correcting any errors and chase customers for on time payments.
Liaise with the sales team to set sales prices for any new parts and ensure that stock management is being handled correctly.
Responsible for calculating the monthly payroll and setting up employee payments.
Submitting all payroll figures to HMRC and paying subsequent PAYE&NI amount on monthly basis on time.
Process payroll year end reports, submitting data to HMRC and issuing certificates to employees.
Ensuring SAGE bank accounts are kept up to date to reflect daily movements and reconciled at month end.
Manage cash balance on a daily basis, reporting any forecasted shortfalls.
Submit monthly EC sales and intrastats reports to HMRC and process monthly VAT return.
Deal with any compliance visits or audits that may arise.
Create budget for next financial year, review with management before presenting to board.
Manage all insurance policies, mobile phone contracts and oversee IT and telephone infrastructure, resolving any issues as appropriate.
Manage company credit card account and check through all receipts, inputting expenses into SAGE.
Ideally we are looking for AAT or ACCA qualified candidates who have experience working in a similar position. You must be a self-starter who is able to manage all financial processes efficiently for an SME size manufacturer.
