Description
For our Global E-commerce client we are looking for a Process Co-ordinator in the field of Asset Protection. The duration of the project is 6 months with the possibility to extend. The location is Amsterdam.
Our client has sites all over the world and is struggling with PO setup, invoicing, payments and SAP accounting within accounts payable (AP). These issues need to be spotted proactively, solved and ideally structural solutions also need to be found. Right now this all needs to be co-ordinated with the AP department in other countries, with an outsourced team in India. This client has implemented a new contracting and AP tool that is required to make this transition as smooth as possible and also support the local financial analysts in various countries.
Duties:
- Being first point of escalation for P2P related issues within the complete Global business
- Review the situation in SAP and other systems directly
- Co-ordinate with the AP team directly
- Looking for short term and long term solutions
- Review PO setup, co-ordinate PO set-up process
- Co-ordinate PO process for (smaller) non-SAP entities in other countries
- Review the AP details pro-actively if everything is posted correctly
- Assist the Finance team with the month end process:
- Posting prepayments
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations & cash clearing
- Review accrual details, posting cost accruals
- Review quarter sales bonus calculations and co-ordinate payout with Payroll team
- Co-ordinate various CBS declarations
Skills and Qualifications:
Experienced P2P professional with years of experience in an international AP outsourced environment
Hands-on, knows how to use SAP reporting and SAP postings
Excellent communication skills in an international environment through email & Phone
Excellence in English, both in verbal and in writing
Common sense, Getting things done, Self-starter, Attention to Detail
