Description
Interim Pay and Reward Specialist with particular experience of Hay job evaluation, bench marking
- Responsible for all job matching/evaluation enquiries liaising with Korn Ferry Hay (being the organisation centre for expertise)
- Working across the wider HR function, help set up and train people on Hay job evaluation or co-ordinate this.
- Develop a small number of HR Operations staff in the essentials
- Oversee the panels and outcomes
- Contribute to Pay and Reward Policy
- Advise HR & OD Director and wider HR Management of issues and put in place mitigation arrangements.
